Hm. There does seem to be a lack of stories judged Edgar-worthy (or Fish-worthy) in the magazines these years...

Conspicuous by their absence: Crider and Napier. Okay, so Napier didn't have a book out last year, there's always the Raven.

Best PBO is an embarrassment of riches this year. Some terrific books in that group. As for movies, I'm sorry they didn't give a nod to Before The Devil Knows You're Dead, but I'm happy The Lookout made the cut.
