Houston Chronicle: A North Texas woman has been charged with retaliation for allegedly posting an undercover police officer's photo on Facebook and identifying him by his job.

I guess we might as well toss out the First Amendment and be done with it. Since when is "retaliation" a crime?
She posted pictures of several undercover officers in retaliation for them testifying against a friend of hers in a drug case. the Dallas Morning News reported it as the pictures of several officers were put up by her on Facebook. Her action put officers at risk and has a career impact.
And yes "retaliation" is a crime and has been for decades.
