Once Again, Texas Leads the Way

El Sonido Joven de Miami: "Michael Thompson, who headed the study, says an amazing six out of ten Texas high school students have been suspended for expelled or suspended from class at least once over the past six years."

1. Quit suspending so many kids. It's not their fault, it's the system.
2. Quit spending so much money on public schools. It's mostly wasted.
3.The system's not disfunctional, we just need to spend a lot more money.

And the answer is: practically anything except 1, 2 or 3.
