Never a Charlie's Angels fans, I remember him best from Bachelor Father. He was debonair for sure.
In 1969, a new movie house opened in our neighborhood that had two theaters. This was huge because at that time only single theaters were around. "Topez" was the first movie shown there. (I don't remember what was shown on the other screen) Whenever I catch "Topez" on the tube, I always remember sitting in that new theater being amazed at the improvements of the industry.
John Forsythe was in one of my favorite TV movies from the 70s. It's called "Cry Panic" and it's full of suspense and well crafted, with fine acting performances from a rich cast.
A truly accomplished actor. RIP, John Forsythe.
He had a great voice.
