Meanwhile, in my part of Texas, we've had the hottest, driest summer on record.

By this time next week, San Antonio will have blazed past 50 days with heat in excess of 100 degrees. The previous record was 35 days in one year.
Scott, Austin is ahead of that already--over 50 days this week. W00t!
