Judy is in the other room watching Ishtar. She watches it whenever it's on. She says, "I don't see why people don't like this movie. It's the funniest thing I've ever seen."

I'm going to be honest ... and God help me. I can't quite call it a "good" movie, but I don't think it's as bad as its reputation. It has a few moments.
The song about playing the accordian is so bad that I usual chuckle a bit.
Besides, the REAL worst movie of all time is "The Wraith" with Charlie Sheen.
I don't watch all of Ishtar whenever it's on. But I never skip the opening 20 minutes, which are absolutely hysterical. Only a smuck would say otherwise.

I'll confess to having seen Ishtar but not to having seen The Wraith.

Remember the Cheers episode in which Lilith was the only one who thought Cliff's standup routine was funny? Must be a syndrome or something.
I've never seen Ishtar but I respect Judy too much to say anything bad about her taste.
Anyway, the worst movie ever made was surely The Alpha Incident with a near comatose Ralph Meeker in one of his last roles.
I know: don't call you Shirley.
Are you forgetting BATTLEFIELD EARTH? Or, as I prefer to call it, PLAN 10 FROM OUTER SPACE.
And remember, Judy picked Bill, so her tastes can't be all bad.
