Mason must have been a late-in-life baby if she was 22 in 1941. I didn't check on Wikipedia, but Reese is younger than me--he must have been born in the 1960s.
I've often wondered why she wasn't credited. Her been-around-the-block-a-few-times gal was a great supporting role.
I've watched The Big Sleep often on DVD (and before that on videotape) and had never even noticed that "Agnes" was an uncredited role. (Of course, a lot of movies had the credits truncated when they were transferred to videotape...)

You always wonder what happened to some of them. It sounds like she's still of sound mind for her age. More so than me.
