Pricey...and there's a movie, starring Kim Novak Brian Keith, and Guy Madison...William Conrad...the movie is cheaper than the book...Guy Madison, of course, starred in the Wild Bill Hickock TV series.
And the radio show, too.
I just re-read my copy last year--it holds up well!
I really liked it when I read it long ago. Haven't re-read it, though.
