Heavy metal icon Ian ‘Lemmy’ Kilmister dies at 70: Ian ‘Lemmy’ Kilmister, the seminal frontman for heavy metal band Motörhead, died on Monday. He was 70.

I went to youtube this afternoon (after reading your post) and let it cycle through a dozen Motörhead songs... along the tour I got to see/hear two live versions of Ace of Spades (and I was way cool with that)... and an acoustic version of I Ain't No Nice Guy (which I had never seen before)...

My son went to a Motörhead show in Austin a few months ago, and Lemmy had to leave after 3 songs. Everyone said it was no big deal, but I have a feeling that he was seriously ill even then.
