I thought that franchise went bankrupt after Die Hard 4 (subtitle, as I recall, was "Please, Let Me Die Now").
I suspect there will be on-going reboots of this franchise until Bruce Willis is using a walker and his nemesis/evil genius/Hans Gruber-type is in a wheelchair--and even then....
