The New York Times: Joan Leslie, an actress remembered for fresh-faced ingénue roles in movies of the 1940s, including “High Sierra,” “Sergeant York” and “Yankee Doodle Dandy,” died on Monday in Los Angeles. She was 90.
Hat tip to Jeff Meyerson.

She was VERY good in REPEAT PERFORMANCE (1947) a film I watch every year around New Year's.
I never saw REPEAT PERFORMANCE. The summary on IMDB sounds intriguing. I would also recommend THE HARD WAY. Leslie is very good; Ida Lupino, playing Leslie's sister, got the New York Film Critics Best Actress award.
