I think my favorite is "If I see him I'll give him the message" uttered by M. Emmet Walsh's sleazy private eye in "Blood Simple", although you have to understand the movie's complex plot in order to get it.

At the end of THE KILLERS (1964)mortaly wounded Lee Marvin staggers into the house and blows away Ronald Reagan. Angie Dickinson screams, "Wait! I can explain!"
Marvin mutters, half to himself, "Lady, I don't have the time."

So, is the writer 12 or does he just NOT know old movies (other than the obvious KANE)?
Anyone would could leave out "Made it, Ma! Top of the world!" well, that's no list at all.
