But I suppose that "Anne Frank Story" by Human Sexual response and "Where We Can Go" by Jane Weidlen (featuring a solo by Billy Zoom) would occur to most people (and they not necessarily the Best), but, frankly, the Germs' "Manimal" at its worst recording is better than "Mr. Roboto" even when one is in a Very generous mood.
I'll grant that...it was actually meant to be funny, and succeeds...and I meant to type the HSR and Wiedling songs Wouldn't occur to most people, but clearly I haven't yet awakened (or my typing fingers haven't).

I'd suggest Buchanan & Goodman's FLYING SAUCER, but I suppose more than one '50s oldie on a list like this would be asking way too much.
There must have been three or four of those, Fred. I probably have all of them. But I figured that since they weren't "real" songs, they didn't count.
