Georeg will be delighted that Buffalo is on there, Chicago's sales tax may be the highest in the country, but it's only a tie - L.A. is also at 10.25%, Ohio gets two. Buy, the midwest doesn't seem to be the best place for larger city living. Not that I can be glad Stockton is on there, but it's a weird case with migratory labor and gangs. I alway wonder who makes these things up and what criteria they use. Crime and unemployment, I guess.
