Well it's not exactly a laugh-out-loud thing, but I always enjoyed the incidental humor in Howard Hawks'THE THING (FROM ANOTHER WOLRLD.) And how about EARTH GIRLS ARE EASY ??
No DARK STAR? No BUCKAROO BANZAI? Ridiculous. I also think that SILENT RUNNING, although not ostensibly a comedy, is hilarious.
I saw BUCKAROO BANZAI with the right audience at the right time, so it's a favorite of mine.
