Actually, Americans don't have the right to plug in wherever they want either, Bill. We have to tell pissed off people everyday at the bookstore to unplug their phones, laptops, tablets, iPods and in one case an electric razor.
Although Americans apparently do have the right to buy a gun, if they feel like shooting someone because they couldn't check their Facebook page.
Well, he was just a moron. What about the woman who threatened teenagers (who, of course, had nothing to do with it) outside a Taco Bell because the wifi was out?

And then there was that guy who tried to plug into the fake outlet on the stage during a play in NYC.
