You realize if you hadn't posted that cover, not many people would have understood the title of this post. You, me, and Tom might make up a majority of that group.
I'm still trying to get a copy of Hang Me In Hong Kong (sigh). A friend was able to get a copy through the Lending Library in his town, but they wouldn't let it leave the library. I asked him to photocopy the thing, but haven't heard back.

In the early 60s I read a bunch of the Burns Bannion books. I thought they were great stuff.

I have several of those books, Tom, but I've never seen a copy of Hang Me in Hong Kong.
