That was great! Even though I didn't see myself or anyone I knew it was fun. Some of the places (for those who won't recognize them):
Brooklyn Heights Promenade Washington Square (with Arch) Greenwich Village (my uncle tried to sell his paintings at the art show) Garment Center Times Square NY Public Library (5 Ave. & 42 St.) 42 Street betw. 7 & 8 Avenues (before the cleanup) Central Park (including Bethesda Fountain & the lake)
What I noticed:
the old cars some outrageously colorful clothes but not nearly as many as I remember short skirts & long hair (NTTAWWT) no cell phones
I had a feeling you'd get a kick out of that. I haven't been there much, but I did recognize a few of the places, especially the Brooklyn Heights Promenade.

Also, I was surprised to notice that most people looked a lot thinner then, more so than I'd remembered.
Jeff
I hadn't thought about that, but you're right.
