Hate to be a naysayer but...it just didn't do it for me, though some said it improved after we quit watching it. The first couple of shows I'd describe as...deja vu all over again, predictable and unexceptional.
But, your mileage may vary.

PS - And yes, I think the name hurt. Put something like San Diegor or Southern California in the title.
A.S., I think "House" is a great name for that show. The name brings with it a certain sense of manliness, intelligence, innate talent, and pure good looks. Of course, I may be prejudiced.
