Todd, Carlton Stowers is an Edgar-winning true-crime writer. He does a lot of other nonfiction, too. The others are probably better known in Texas than around the country, except for Judy, of course.
I'm assuming Kinky Friedman will be there to congratulate you. If not, he should be. I sure do wish I could be, but apparently my invitation got lost in the mail. What with the move I couldn't have made it anyway, I guess. Does this mean you get to add MTHF after your name, showing the honorarium? Um, on second thought, looking at that combination of letters, maybe not.

WOW! CONGRATULATIONS. What are you going to do with the million dollar check that goes along with the honor?
Thanks. I'll probably buy books.
Good deal, Bill!
Congratulations!
Well-deserved...I've been hoping they'd get around to Bob Ray.
Seriously, though, congratulations!
I know of Alter, but the others aside from you two are new to me, unless I'm being unusually un-memorious today.
Thanks, all.

CONGRATS, again.

Maybe WTF would be more appropriate. I think that's what a lot of people will think when they see my name there.
More congratulatory remarks, Bill. Again, it's about time.
Congratulations, Sir!
Kudos!
You and the Alamo, timeless icons of Texas history. Sincere congrats.
Nice.
Congrats, Bill!
