I really like your Crossroad Press "covers." (Technically, I suppose they're not really covers if they don't actually cover something, right?) They're simple but not crude, with subtle color juxtapositions and slick use of type. I find most e-book covers look like...well, e-book covers, with meh stock photos and crude Photoshop effects and big, brassy, poorly integrated fonts. Not yours. Kudos to whoever the designer is...and best of luck with the e-commerce!
Thanks for reminding me. It's the one western of yours I haven't read yet (though I own it, of course). And yes, the cover on the original edition is about as exciting as a Delaware license plate.

They do some nice work with the covers. A lot better than the original editions in some cases.
