I always thouight the Lone Ranger's name was Dan Reid, and checking in Wikipedia, I'm partly right. Was there some rlation to Brett Reid, the Green hornet?
Dan, The Green Hornet was the Lone Ranger's grand-whatever/son/nephew (or maybe great-grand-whatever/ son/nephew). Both were created by Fran Striker. I understand the original radio show would sometimes hint at the relationship.

Never learned the name of the protagonist in Queenpin which did trouble me a bit.

Ivan Shreve could answer this much better than I.
I got six out of the bunch; not too shabby.
It's a Toobworld theory of "relateeveety" that Professor Roy Hinckley is the father of Ralph Hinckley, "The Greatest American Hero".
I think the dead guy in Clue is Mr. Boddy.
