What a fun, charming trailer.

Unfortunately, one of the weaker Scott westerns (I've only seen a handful that weren't strong, actually).

I hope the attention the Boetticher films is getting gives Scott the attention he deserves. SEVEN MEN FROM NOW, THE TALL T, RIDE LONESOME, and COMANCHE STATION are probably four of the best ten or fifteen westerns ever made. And you can toss in Peckinpah's RIDE THE COUNTRY to make it five. Remarkable.

When this one came out, I wasn't anywhere near a theater equipped to show the movie in 3-D and stereophonic sound. I'd love to see it that way, though. And I certainly agree with you about the other Scott westerns. He was one of my favorites when I was a kid, and I tried never to miss one of his films. I have to admit that I got misty when I saw RIDE THE HIGH COUNTRY for the first time. What a great way to end a long career.
