How many horses had to be put down after this - landing head forst into a pond, sliding under a truck, and flipping over after jumping are all great ways to break necks and otherwise main a horse. I am not as impressed as you with this kind of "best."

I'm not sure about the others, but the one under the truck was bound to be a fake horse.
Maybe no CGI, but lots of editing tricks. Since there's a question mark after the title of the clip, I'd say "no".

I have no idea about the DVD. I love the mullet, though.
