Two and two.

Wow. I tried to read at least two of these, which defeated me. A pretty sad list, despite some solid choices (I'll be reading THE TIME TRAVELLER'S WIFE sometime soon...AN's a fine writer, to judge from what I have read).

That's one of the many I haven't read.

I've read five and can heartily recommend Notes from a Small Island and Angela's Ashes. I liked HP well enough and Da Vinci Code was an okay vacation book. But I really couldn't stand The Lovely Bones.

I read The Lovely Bones on a plane. Thought it was a okay serial killer novel.
