The man in the bottom, right-hand corner appears to be Lawrence G. Blochman, that year's winner for best short story, the first year that category was awarded. If you compare the photo to the one below, they seem to be the same person.
Third row on the left side, second table back: The man with what looks like a stripe across his forehead was probably Davis Dresser, the stripe being the band of the eyepatch he wore. The woman on his right would then be Helen McCloy.
