Assuming that this book came out at the show's onset, the available photos would likely come from Cain's pilot, or at least an early episode.
I'll check out my 'collector's' DVD to make sure, but the box notes say that Gloria Talbott was in the pilot. From what I remember of Talbott's looks, that cover picture might well be her.
