How do you arrest a decapitated bird?
Exactly. And wouldn't you discover it first and then arrest it? And why would you want to arrest a bird?
And who did the Decapitated Turkey Buzzards open for in 1971?
I'm surprised to learn that turkey vultures get Federal protection. They are as common as crows out here. You can always spot a few circling over me on the golf course. They know carrion when they see it.
Very common in Texas, too.
I can't help noting that they updated the story TWICE, but no one apparently thought even once about the headline.
