He irritates me (The Fountainhead, A Little Life), but he loves those trashy, tell-all books that are the backbone of my pop culture reading, so I'm conflicted.
That's the thing: whenever any adult (and, I hate to say it, but it's usually a male) over the age of 18 tells me that THE FOUNTAINHEAD or CATCHER IN THE RYE is his favorite novel, I think this person is either fatally self-absorbed or hasn't read much since high school.

I liked THE FOUNTAINHEAD, too, when I was 17. Haven't read it since then, though.

/yeah, I guess I'm a tad "judge-y"
I just don't get why Andy Cohen is suddenly "flavor of the month."
Like Deb, I find him annoying. In fact, I find him so annoying I didn't bother to read what he has to say.
