One of the great songs of the 60s. A terrible thing to admit here--I was never a big Beatles fan, much preferred the Stones. And I was sorry to see so many good American singers like Del Shannon get buried in Beatlemaniai
His version of the Beatles' "From Me to You" is great.
"Runaway" remains my all-time favorite rock & roll song.We got to see Del Shannon in concert in 1988, a year and a half before his death.Jeff
"Runaway" would be in my all-time Top Ten for sure.
