Apparently the chart had a typo and the song is by The Barbarians. I only discovered this after I paged through endless Google hits on Barbariana, Queen of the Savages.

Another great chart. I liked some of the less well-known entries on the Forgotten Hits chart, too.
There's probably a story behind "Are You A Boy, Are You A Girl?" by Barbariana...an interesting story.
