"It was this neighbor, continuing to curse and demanded his stool and chair back," the report reads. "(The resident) stated this neighbor then threatened to burn his apartment down."
"Hey, I need my stuff back so I can throw it again."
Our new neighbors (of 2 months) have had a party in their backyard (it has a pool) every Thursday, Friday and Saturday since they moved in. I mean 10-30 people, loud, splashing, squealing, loud music, floaties and other plastic crap strewn everywhere. These things go on until 1:00 in the morning. The whole back yard looks like a trailer trash scene. There's nothing we can do, their house, their rights to use their pool, etc. WE have no rights to peace and quiet, or a pretty view in that direction (the previous owners kept the yard and pool area well tended). So one of these days you might read an article like this about me...
They were in their trashy back yard having a movie night (bedsheet on poles as a screen, LOUD action movies) until 1:45 when I finally had to communicate with them that it would be nice if the rest of us could get some sleep, please. They said "Uh, oh, uh, sorry, man". and after about 15 more minutes it quieted down. Grrrrrrrr. Next time I'm afraid we'll have to call the cops. I want to be on good terms with the neighbors, and we always have been until these people moved in.

I can see this developing into a good plot for a movie.
