LA Times: Actress Lizabeth Scott, who played the bad girl in numerous hard-boiled film noir releases of the 1940s and '50s, died Jan. 31 at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. She was 92.
The first image that comes to mind when I hear her name is how she was first seen in the 'Burke's Law' episode "Who Killed Cable Roberts?" Wow! Made quite an impression on a fourteen year old watching the afternoon reruns....
She was sexy and I loved her in "Dead Reckoning." It's one of my favorite Bogart movies. Between them Bogey and her must of smoked 200 cigarettes in the film.

Just saw the NYT obit. 92 is a pretty good age by any standard.
RIP

Loved her smoky voice with its slight lisp. To me, she epitomized the "noir dame"--whether playing a good girl...or a bad one.
