I don't know as I'd go *quite* that far--there are quite a few cover artists who produced spectacular work (Frazetta, Jones, Gaughan, Powers, Maguire, Bama, McCarthy, the Dillons, I could go on)--but no question, Mr. McGinnis is in the top five. It turns out I was a big McGinnis fan for years before I knew his name...

If it's not this cover, it's one of the other McGinnis covers in this book.
Yeah, but he's associated with the world renown Emperor, so what's not to like?
