Ace helped to launch the careers of several noted authors and published the debut novels of Philip K. Dick, Ursula K. Le Guin and R.A. Lafferty.

My all-time single favorite pb original cover. It's got it all.
That was the first Harry Whittington book I ever bought. Certainly not the last.
I couldn't begin to estimate the number of ACE Books I bought and read. Now ACE is owned by Penguin.
