There was a better-than-average movie called DEVIL DOLL that got the MST3K treatment, but was actually quite effective as a stand-alone movie without Mike & the Bots.
/Anthony Hopkins in MAGIC.
//Cliff Robertson in that episode of the Twilight Zone.
The Dead of Night sequence is probably the most often-cited creepy vent film, but the one that got me was the Glass Eye episode of Hitchcock Presents, with Tom Conway, William Shatner, and (bit of a spoiler, sorry) Billy Barty. Art Scott

Creepy indeed. The spookiest one I remember was Michael Redgrave and that very spooky dummy in DEAD OF NIGHT (which really is a forgotten film).

Isn't that Erich von Stroheim in the 7th photo? Still from a movie?
