I prefer the old-fashioned ones, too. The 70s THREE MUSKETEERS has some great swordfights in it.

I'd suggest something from one of the "Zatoichi" movies, but they weren't so much fights as non-judicial executions. Zatoichi would face a half dozen swordsmen and end up with six dead opponents and not a scratch on him, his sword or his kimono. Zip zip zip.

Okay, my favorite is between Stewart Granger's double and James Mason's stuntman in the '52 remake of PRISONER OF ZENDA, but I have a soft spot for the duel between Jock Mahoney & Woody Strode that wraps up TARZAN'S 3 CHALLENGES.
