I'll throw in the golden oldie, "Welcome Back, Kotter", which was almost totally set in a classroom. I was in many classrooms in high school in which little or no studying or academic pursuit occurred, but it usually wasn't that interesting unless it involved a teacher holding forth on his/her pet theories / reminiscences to not so naive "students" who knew what buttons to push to avoid the given subject matter of the class!

They forgot ROOM 222. More consciousness-raising in the study halls. THE WHITE SHADOW had a bit of that, as well.
