If this novel is realistic the Library Director will have to unclog toilets, politely listen to weirdos who love to talk, and never have enough time.
And bats. The Director has to catch bats. And also clean feces off the floor of the men's toilet.
Or clean the dang filters on the AC units. Including the one on the dang roof - which I am putting off until tomorrow.
At least I don't have to mow the lawn.
Fielding requests on how to use the scanning feature on the photocopier.
