I've heard from several people that they've been unable to post comments on the blog. I checked the Known Issues blog, and blogger's aware of the problem. They say it'll be fixed "shortly," whatever that means.
This has been an on-and-off problem for me for several weeks now. If Blogger wants people to move to "cloud computing," they need to do a better job handling things like this. I'll keep my hard-drive and flash-drive for now, thanks.
Happened to me a couple of days ago. After shutting down and starting up again I was okay. Alas, the world lost some of the best, pithiest comments I ever made.

"shortly" in Blogger-speak means "whenever the (insert expletive here) we (see previous parentheses) please"
