I thought it looked more like J.Lo than JC but that's just me. There does seem to be an awful lot of Jesus Tortillas (someone should copywrite that name) out there.

Ah, the old "I found a pancake with image of Virgin Mary" and "A tortilla that shows Jesus" and "Here's a potato that looks like St. Peter" type of story... well, at least it was in Texas.
