He finally had the £30,000 operation last spring but before it could take place floors at St Richard's Hospital in Chichester, West Sussex, had to be reinforced at a cost of £5,000 to take his weight.

Darn you, Bill. You knew we wouldn't be able to NOT look.

Does anyone have any industrial strength eye bleach?

Trust me, you do NOT want to look.

The Learning Channel (so called) has a whole roster of freakshow programming dedicated to people like this. Anyone's sickness can be validated by turning it into a series!

As you often say, Bill, the decline of Western civilization continues apace.

I don't even want to ask what that...that...that THING was between his legs. Arrrrgggghhh!

Also, how does someone get that big while virtually immobile? If I weighed so much that I couldn't get out of bed, my husband would be tossing me an apple and a bottle of water every morning and saying, "Knock yourself out. See you this evening!" You have to have an enabler to continue gaining weight once you're bedridden, right?

Or am I just a mean old b*tch?

Mean? Old? A b-word? Surely not.
