The Norton Top 10 Riskiest Online Cities Report Reveals Who’s Most Vulnerable to Cybercrime: "Cybercrime, a threat that affects one in five online shoppers and cost Americans $560 million in 2009 due to online fraud, may hit closer to home than many realize. That doesn't surprise me at all. For once it's a good thing that New York is so behind the curve on WiFi, where the entire city of Seattle is a WiFi hotspot.
