A terrible statistic for our country and one that seems to be accepted by society today.
When I was fifteen, I was still a kid-collecting baseball cards and comic books.
That's a very dubious honor indeed. In my years in Social Services, we hated to see these "children having children, they're so unprepared. Not that anyone's ever really prepared, I guess.
