Kids' TV Shows: No Wonder Everyone's so Scewed Up

Bizarre and kitschy children's television shows - Boston.com: "From psychedelic '70s fare to the other-worldly '80s and perplexing present-day, children's programming has a storied history of leaning toward the bizarre. I have a feeling that all kids' programming, in one way or another, is designed to meet the simple goal voiced unintentionally on-camera by one host many years ago, "That oughta hold the little b****ds."
