Bingo on your three choices -- especially Bobby Darin (who is also great in TOO LATE BLUES and HELL IS FOR HEROES). As the years go by, Ricky N. works better and better for me in RIO BRAVO, too.

Mos Def is fantastic in "Be Kind, Rewind", but then, that is a wonderful little film that everyone should watch once at least.

And Paul Williams in "Phantom of the Paradise" is a classic. I love the soundtrack to that film to this day.

I agree myself, Bill. I always liked Nelson in Rio Bravo. Kid Creole I don't remember a lot about. But I remember liking Elvis in the western Charro.

How about Al Jolson in THE JAZZ SINGER ? Or Marty Robbins in BALLAD OF A GUNFIGHTER ? Or Neil Diamond in THE JAZZ SINGER ?
