Since I'm not a famous writer of crime or any other genre, I don't really qualify for the poll. But if I were to write for the comics I'd choose Green Lantern (or maybe Green Hornet or Green Arrow--anything with Green in it).
I fall into the same group as Benjie, not a famous writer of crime or any other genre. I've always had a fondness for DC's Golden Age heroes. The question is which one to write. DC have done a lot with he original Sandman (Sandman Mystery Theater), the Jay Garrick Flash, the Alan Scott Green Lantern, and even Starman. One character that I think might be fun to make something of is Dr. Mid-Nite, the blind doctor who discovered that he could see, but only in "perfect darkness."

Or I could just write Power Girl.
Stephen Blackmoore needs some serious help. But not until after he writes that book. I'll buy it.
