Judy Crider, November 5, 1943 - November 27, 2014

Worst day of my life.  There were so many good days before this one, so many great days, that I try not to dwell on this one.  It's still a source of awe and wonder to me that someone as beautiful, smart, and kind as Judy would fall for a goober like me, but I guess everybody deserves one fantastic stroke of luck in his life, and Judy was mine.  The blog will remain dark the rest of the day in loving memory.

We talk about Judy, and you and Judy, all the time, remembering the good times, like the shoe buying expedition in Indianapolis. It stinks, no doubt about it. As long as people remember her and talk about her, she will not be totally gone.

God bless, you Bill.
Everything you've ever written about her here makes it clear what a wonderful person Judy was, and how special your life together was.

She made the lives better of everyone who knew her.

Your posts have allowed all of us to know Judy and to realize what a wonderful person she was. Yes, you are very lucky that Judy fell for a goober like you, but she was also lucky to have you. The two of you had something really special.

Please keep those memories going on this blog. They are beautiful, as was/is your feelings for each other.

All could see how much she loved you and how proud she was to be your wife. May her memory be for a blessing.

I remember her at so many convention gatherings of the DAPA-EM group with many meals shared together and countless evening sessions. She graced every room she entered.

Your periodic tributes to Judy are never less than touching.

Take care this day,

She was so elegant and serene. I called her The Texas Madonna, and I don't mean the pop singer Madonna. It was a privilege to know her and I feel deeply for your loss.

We never met her, but have felt we sort of knew her thanks to your tributes, Bill. Just so sorry.
