I don't believe I wore any of those things, unless my jeans were slightly wider at the bottom (but not by much). I did have a Nehru shirt, though.

Bells, yes, but not with huge bottoms. Might have had a slightly shiny shirt. That's about the worst of it.
Well, I wore a lot of denim. I had J.C. Penney jeans (several pair) and a denim jacket (for which I paid $5 in 1971) and wore until sometime in the 1980s. But nor "distressed" denim...No Nehru jacket, no fur (who could afford fur?)...
