I'm Sure You'll All Agree

The World Is Not Enough, which boasted a pre-credits sequence that went on forever and the most unlikely nuclear scientist of all time in Denise Richards's Christmas Jones.

The persecution never ends!

Any such list that doesn't have MOONRAKER as the worst Bond movie (with THE WORLD IS NOT ENOUGH, DIE ANOTHER DAY, and THE MAN WITH THE GOLDEN GUN providing serious competition, true) is not worth the time it takes to read it.

Was that the one where "Jaws" was in space? It was unwatchable.

My favorite is GOLDFINGER, with its age-appropriate Bond girl, Honor Blackman. I also enjoy FROM RUSSIA WITH LOVE and THUNDERBALL. Anything with Roger Moore as 007 I find well-nigh unwatchable.

Hate Roger Moore. Bond at his cheesiest. Also not fond of On Her Majestys SS. Love both Connery and Craig.

Any valid Bond list must begin with the Connerys, including NEVER SAY NEVER AGAIN. Because Sean Connery is James Bond. And any valid list must rate Dalton's two above all Moores, and all Brosnan's except GOLDENEYE (maybe) and Craig's (except CASINO ROYALE). OHMSS above all Moore's, and right after Dalton.

If, unlike me, you are sane, you could drop DIAMOND ARE FOREVER and NEVER SAY NEVER down a ways. And THE SPY WHO LOVED ME is good. But not as good as the two Dalton's.

Anyway, the list we are reacting to is, as the Brits like to say, rubbish.

I, too, liked the Dalton movies. Never cared for Moore. Agree that the list is rubbish.
